Every week, volunteers get together at the Unwind Center to make a meal for the needy people. The meal usually consists of a jam sandwich, a banana and a boiled egg that volunteers bring from their homes. The volunteers to spread the jam on the bread, pack the rest of the items in a hygienic brown paper cover and on their way back home, take it to the people on the streets! Simple! This way the hungry and needy people from different parts of the city get at least one healthy meal on that day.

350 stomachs were fed every weekend. The Friday live music event called Live 101 was when the Jamming started - the musicians would be jamming music inside, while in the atrium, the bread 'jamming' would be going on! It's a party either way!
